FINANCE & FACILITIES ADMINISTRATOR
Salary range £25.5K-£26.5K + bonus + benefits
Based: Aldwych, West End
We are looking for an accounts administrator who would like the variety of some general office and facilities work thrown in.
The focus of the role will be providing finance administration support. This will primarily revolve around raising invoices, making payments, and chasing overdue payments by phone. Previous experience in this type of work, using an integrated accounts system and CRM database, is essential.
But as we’re a small (and very friendly!) organisation, we sometimes need to staff to support and cover outside their main area of work. In this role, you’ll also be asked to help out our receptionist / facilities administrator on occasions when she’s particularly busy, and also provide cover for her absences. This will involve doing everything from ‘meet-and-greet’ to setting up and clearing away buffet lunches and managing meeting room bookings.
So you’ll need to be very flexible and happy to ‘switch hats’ between roles as required.
Depending on your workloads (which will vary considerably) you may also be asked to give support to other teams too – eg helping our events team with pre-event admin and set-up.
You will also need to be confident and assured on the telephone and have a strong customer-service ethic.

Normal hours are 35 hours a week.
