Events and Training
We run a series of topical, informative and focused events during the year covering a range of specialist topics and issues. The format of events includes seminars, roadshows and workshops. The programme of each event is designed working closely with experts, such as our policy advisers, research team or external industry advisers and consultants.
A number of our events run annually including updates on fraud and financial crime; non-conforming lending; Basel II; lifetime mortgages; buy-to-let lending amongst many others. New events are developed as the need arises - exciting new events include our Mortgage Funding Summit and our series of Treating Customers Fairly workshops.
As new issues emerge and the demand exists, the CML will organize a seminar – for example, an event on Islamic home finance was arranged in 2004.
There are speaking opportunities at CML events for lenders and industry advisers. If you are interested in speaking in the future, please submit details of your area/s of expertise and experience to emma.johnson@cml.org.uk.
All events provide excellent showcases for sponsors and exhibitors. Please go to our sponsorship page for further details of the benefits available.
