Summary of amendments
On 1 December 2010 we introduced a number of changes to the England and Wales and Scotland handbooks. In addition, we made substantial changes to the formatting and clause numbering.
On 1 August 2011 we amended Section 6 (The Property) of the Scotland handbook. Clause 6.4.4 on incentives was changed to bring the Scottish version of the clause in line with the England and Wales Part 1 clause on incentives.
