Consumer Credit Act regulated lending in Scotland

The Scottish Parliament has introduced an Act of Sederunt (Sheriff Court Rules Miscellaneous Amendments) 2009. This has implications for lending regulated by the Consumer Credit Act 1974 and is due to come into force on 1 December 2009.
