12 March 2010 | The departments for Enrgery and Climate Change (DECC) and Communities and Local Government (CLG) have jointly published 'Warm Homes, Greener Homes: A Strategy for Household Energy Management', which sets out how the government plans to achieve household energy reduction targets. This page has been updated for members with high-level view of the pay-as-you-save (PAYS) plan that will enable homeowners to obtain eco-upgrades through a loan attached to the property.
