Mortgage interest direct (MID) and support for mortgage interest

26 January 2010 | Information for members handling and maintaining Mortgage Interest Direct (MID) files, including contact details for Department of Work and Pensions and details of the Mortgage Interest Direct (MID) administrative charge for lenders. The charge will increase on 1 April 2009. This page has been updated to include information about surplus ISMI payments and to attach a letter from the Department for Work and Pensions on this issue.
