Mortgage interest direct (MID) and support for mortgage interest

18 March 2010 | Information for members handling and maintaining Mortgage Interest Direct (MID) files, including contact details for Department of Work and Pensions and details of the Mortgage Interest Direct (MID) administrative charge for lenders. The charge will increase on 1 April 2009. This page has been updated to include information about surplus ISMI payments and the statutory instrument dealing with this.
