This privacy policy sets out how we use the personal information we collect via our website.

• register for CML and third party events; and
• receive CML information and updates.

Your personal information will only be used to fulfil your online request and for our security and marketing purposes. Your personal information will only be disclosed to third parties where it is necessary to comply with your online request, or where it is required for our security and marketing purposes or where we are required to do so by the law.

We take all reasonable measures to ensure that the information collected on this website is accurate and remains accurate during processing and storage. You should be aware that the Internet is an insecure medium and the integrity and security of personal information cannot be guaranteed during transmission.

Cookies

A cookie is a small text file that is placed on the computer of a visitor to our website. Visitors can be recognised using cookies, and as such cookies are considered personal data. In addition, cookies may contain personal data themselves. We use cookies on our website to:

  • monitor your website usage using a tool called Sitestat. Cookies issued by Sitestat contain merely a unique number and therefore contain no personal data. They have a lifetime of 5 years. Sitestat does not link cookies to individuals and cookies are used only to recognise repeat visits.
