Precise Mortgages has become a member of the CML.  Dedicated exclusively to the intermediary market, the firm has been set up by the same management team that created Exact. Bringing new funding into the UK market, Precise is launching initially with L&G Mortgage Club, Mortgage Intelligence and Mortgage Next, and selected members of PMS. The firm wants to develop a range of loans to help borrowers that have found it difficult to get a mortgage on the high street.

The CML has also recruited two more associates. EPS Castellain is an environmental property services company, specialising in maintenance, refurbishment and new installations. The firm is focused on understanding business needs and delivering well-managed and cost-effective solutions.

The second new associate is LPC, a legal practice with an advocacy and clerking service. Established in 1994, LPC works for some of the UK’s largest law firms but offers flexibility tailored to the needs of individual clients, large or small.

The CML now has 109 members and 80 associates.
