Bank of England
The Bank of England is the central bank of the United Kingdom. Website contains a range of Bank and Building Society statistics, Economic statistics, Bank of England Working Papers, Bank of England Inflation Reports, Monetary Policy Committee Meeting Minutes and other monetary policy and economic resources.
Cheltenham and Gloucester Affordability Index
The Cheltenham and Gloucester Affordability Index gives statistics information.
DCLG Housing Statistics Live Tables
Department of Communities and Local Government's (DCLG) live tables of housing market statistics, covering dwelling stock, housebuilding, housing renewal, households and population estimates, housing market, rents and tenancies, homelessness, household characteristics, housing finance and household expenditure and social housing sales.
European Mortgage Federation markets and data
Provides access to EMF's latest statistics.
FT House Price Index
Provides FT House Price Index from the Acadametrics website.
Halifax House Price Index
Since 1984, the Halifax House Price Index has been used extensively by government departments, the media and businesses as an authoritative indicator of house price movements in the UK. It is based on the largest sample of housing data and provides the longest unbroken series of any similar UK index.
HM Land Registry Property Prices
HM Land Registry House Price Index, including regional information. Covers England and Wales only.
HM Treasury Forecasts for the UK Economy
Provides a summary of government and city forecasts of the UK economy for economists and commentators.
Nationwide Consumer Confidence Index
The Nationwide Consumer Confidence Index measures the population's view of the current position and future prospects of the UK. The index takes into account the general economic situation, employment conditions and personal expectations of the months ahead.
Nationwide House Price Index
