Background:

The Council of Mortgage Lenders' 3rd annual mortgage fraud conference is now well established as the largest UK mortgage fraud conference with over 150 lenders, law enforcement officers, solicitors, surveyors and regulators attending the event.

This conference will look at fraud on the strategic level, analysing what role the current various national bodies will play in the coming years. Speakers will also look at other strategic solutions to mortgage fraud. The conference will address the continuing problem of solicitor fraud looking at the solutions being put in place by lenders as well as by legal practitioners. This year's event will have a strong regional focus by including panel sessions from regional police forces and the UK land registry organisations.
