About this event

The CML Scotland Lunch is a confirmed fixture in the Scottish lending calendar and the 2017 lunch saw us returning to the stunning Balmoral Hotel in central Edinburgh. This event brought the Scottish lending community together for an afternoon of first-class industry networking as well as to enjoy some fantastic food.

Maple cured Shetland salmon, beetroot salad, watercress and charred orange

(Vegetarian option: Butternut squash and lemon thyme soup)

 

Main:

Slow cooked blade of Blairgowrie beef, aioli crushed potatoes, spinach, roast celeriac and confit carrot.

(Vegetarian option: Spelt and barley risotto infused with smoked Applewood cheddar, cauliflower and winter truffle)

 

Dessert:

Gateau au chocolat, hazelnuts, dried mandarins and mandarin ice-cream.
