Sue Rossiter has more than 15 years’ experience of regulatory policy development as both a civil servant and in a trade association setting. She joined the CML as a Senior Policy Adviser in November 2015. Drawing on her experience working in organisations including the Financial Ombudsman Service; OFGEM; the Office of the Rail Regulator; and the Remote Gambling Association, Sue specialises in conduct regulation at the CML.

Henry Woodcock has worked for nearly 30 years in the mortgage market both as a lender and as a solutions vendor.

Henry has implemented mortgage solutions across a variety of retail finance companies including Barclays Bank, Britannia Building Society, Co-operative Bank, Intelligent Finance, Mortgage Express, Nationwide Building Society, Nottingham Building Society and Royal Bank of Scotland. He has also provided consultancy to lenders in Europe, Africa and Australia.

Today he engages with clients and lenders looking at the challenges of regulation, process improvement and innovation. Henry is the mortgage lending spokesperson for IRESS and writes regular blogs and articles for the press and online journals as well as speaking at industry events.

Joe Pepper has been providing outsourced technology-led solutions to the financial services industry for almost 20-years, and has in the last three years focused exclusively on the mortgage market in his role as Managing Director of EDM Mortgage Support Services. In recent years his role has included automating a range of back-office processes for a leading UK lender and launching the EDM PRISM product to support better property risk decision-making.  Joe writes regular articles in the UK mortgage press on how technology can be deployed to benefit both lenders and borrowers alike.

Antony is a strong believer in the need for businesses to support the future workforce to acquire the right skills to thrive in the digital era; his commitment to mobilising ethical and responsible business practices is recognised in his role as Chairman of Business in the Community, the Prince of Wales’ flagship charity, and Chair of the Institute for Apprenticeships, a new organisation established to promote three million high quality apprenticeships by 2020.

He was previously the Group Chief Executive of Barclays plc for three years until July 2015, successfully positioning the bank as a leader in customer-facing technology under his tenure. 

Antony holds an MA for the University of Oxford and an MBA from Cranfield.

Amit Bajaj has worked for close to 20 years in architecting and delivering technology led business solutions for the financial services industry as an advisor, solutions consultant and change leader.

Amit currently leads the Fintech and Innovation suite of cloud based products and solutions, and engages with clients on creating innovative solutions covering Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, and other emerging technologies; Intelligent lending origination and smart servicing, KYC and Identity Management, Automated Decisioning, International Payments, to name a few.

Amit has implemented several flagship initiatives across Lending, KYC, Credit Portfolio Management, Risk and Treasury for large retail and institutional banks, leading global teams of more than 200 professionals.

Chris Bolam is an experienced digital product development specialist. Chris joined Landmark Valuation Services (formerly Quest) in June 2016 as Head of Product, having previously worked at Amazon, Yell.com and Vodafone in digital product management positions.
